Granola – Orange and Cinnamon!


Oh these lovely calm Sunday morning! sleeping in, taking time for morning hugs and slowly waking up with a slow breakfast. These moments are to me some of the best. This Sunday I therefore share the first of many Sunday Breakfasts here at the blog.

Orange and Cinnamon Granola:

100g Almonds

50g Pumpkin seeds

40g Kokos

50g Sesam seeds

130g Full grain Oatmeal

70g Honey

70g Maple Syrup

Orange juice from one Orange

1-3 Teaspoons cinnamon

How to:



1. Add all the dry ingredient to a baking tray (see below).


2. Mix the orange juice, honey and maple syrup in a bowl.

3. Add the fluids to the dry ingredient. Mix it good so it´s evenly spreed.

4. Bake on 180 degrees for 20-30 min. Stir often for a better result!
